Shipping

Processing Time:
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your package. -
Domestic Shipping:
We offer standard and express shipping within the U.S. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while express shipping gets your lashes to you in 1-2 business days. -
International Shipping:
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times and rates will vary. Please be aware that you may be responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that are applicable in your country. -
Shipping Delays:
While we do everything we can to ensure prompt delivery, once your order is with the carrier, we cannot control any delays. Please allow extra time during busy seasons or if there are shipping carrier issues. -
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your order is marked as delivered, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct, and consider selecting signature confirmation during checkout for added security.
Returns & Exchanges

Hassle-Free Returns:
We want you to love your lashes, but if something’s not right, we offer returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order. If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, simply reach out to us, and we’ll help you get started with a return. -
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different style, please return your product and place a new order. -
Non-Returnable Items:
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or worn lashes. -
Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure the safe return of your items. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. -
Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. -
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package, and we’ll gladly send you a replacement or issue a refund.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Send an email to support@gazellelashes.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Ship It Back: After receiving return approval, send your unused items back to us at the provided return address.
- Receive Refund: Once we get your return, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method.
